Some exercises are like a flash in the pan as they come and go without leaving so much as a faint impression on our memories.  Others have been around for seemingly forever and are a mainstay in many workout programs.  The sit-up is one such exercise.  Now, some are saying that the sit-up’s days are numbered.  What do you think?
